Clara qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and has practised exclusively in employment law since. She spent four years in-house at a national logistics group before co-founding Ashcombe & Vale in 2019. Her practice focuses on senior-level exits, settlement negotiations and the defence of discrimination and whistleblowing claims. Clara runs for a London charity marathon team outside the office.

Daniel practised corporate law at a City firm for seven years before moving in-house to a technology business as general counsel. He joined Ashcombe & Vale as a partner in 2021. His practice covers commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and the commercial aspects of partnership disputes. Daniel collects fountain pens, to the mild concern of his colleagues.

Priya spent six years in the dispute resolution team of a City firm before joining Ashcombe & Vale in 2023. She acts for businesses in commercial disputes, employment tribunals and injunction proceedings. The majority of her matters settle before trial. Priya teaches small-boat sailing in Essex on Saturdays.
